5 Tips For Recovering after Your Nose Job

1. Wear Your Protective Splint

When you first get out of surgery, you should have a splint on your nose. Do not tamper with your bandaging, attempt to clean the surgical site, or replace your splint. Instead, follow your doctor's instructions for leaving it on. You may need to attend a follow-up appointment with your doctor before having it removed to ensure that you are healing properly.

2. Take Your Pain Pills

You will probably be in some discomfort after your nose job, and your nose might be swollen and bruised. Luckily, your doctor should give you a short-term prescription for pain medication to help.
